Hello! My name is Joy Holland and I am a multimedia artist based in Northern California. I am inspired by our biosphere and human anatomy, particularly movement and our relationship with our environment. I have studied sacred geometry, specifically Yantra of Northern India and Islamic patterns found throughout the Middle East. I create astrological remedies with geometry based on Vedic and Tropical charts.

Mosaics
Creating mosaic Yantras is a healing process of taking broken chaos and transforming it into symmetric art. Each broken piece of glass laid down to form sacred geometry forges a new pathway in my mind and celebrates our collective journey here on earth. A babies first breath, a poppy opening at dawn, a frog leaping from the bank, lovers embraced, a volcano erupting and a loved one dying in the presence of family.
